Dr. Arlett Malvo born in Oakland, CA attended school in his adolescent and early teen years in Waco TX, with an Aunt, after the death of his mother. He received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from University of San Francisco. He received his Master Degree (MBA) in 1997 and his Doctor in Business Administration (DBA) in 2002. Dr. Malvo has managed or owned businesses for over 40 years. He completed his Mediation training, in Family and Civil matters in 1998. He is a certified Manufacturing and Process Engineer. He retired from the Fortune 500 as Director of Engineering managing an organization of 212 personnel. He has also perform as a Business Engineer assisting in completely developing your business projects including your logistic and manpower requirements. During his career he was an Equal Employment Opportunity Counselor and Investigator which settled over 50% of the disputes. He also retired from the Berkeley CA Police Department as a Traffic Patrol Officer. He has worked with people who desired to start their own business in developing their business plans and consulting then on how to manage a business. Dr. Malvo is now working with communities in improving conditions and reducing crime and resolving father and son relationships through youth planning workshops.
publiched two publications, "Salvation of the black Males" and "White Control of Black Econimic". Dr. Malvo has two publications; a book entitled "WHITE CONTROL OF THE BLACK ECONOMIC" and a CD entitled "SALVATION OF THE BLACK MALES"
