DISPUTE MANAGEMENT is a program designed to resolve all types of conflicts associated with Civil and Family issues. In Civil matters we mediate organizational and business matters and in some cases criminal matters. In Family matters, we mediate divorce settlements and child support issues. I also conduct Mini Trials and arbitration hearings. Dr Malvo is a member of the Texas BAR, DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION. Member of DUNNS and BRADSTREET
This service also include Equal Employment Opportunity issues which includes investigation of EEO complaints. The investigation include doing an inquiry to first determine the merit of the matter. Once the result has been determined, then an acceptable resolution will be attempted.
These services are available any where within the United States. The fee is $125.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum plus travel and lodging expenses.
This service is avail table to anyone included the Courts, Local or Federal Government and private organizations or business.
I also provide conservatory or Fiduciary services. I am a trusted and bond able person in handling the estate of others. This includes paying their periodic bills or settling their estates. the fee is $125.00 per hour. I use computer transacting Bill Pay.
