BLACK MALES PLANNING WORKSHOP:
The Black Males Workshop is designed to encourage black male youth, ages 12 and above,to develop written plans for their life. Among The objectives are to encourage black male youth to practice situations that increase their goals of being a great and productive person. Another objective is to turn the black male youth from criminal activities that can only result in Jail or Hell to healthy activities that can result in the world at their feet. We focus on HIV/AIDS among black youth, criminal activities amount black male youth, high school dropout prevention among black youth, early fatherhood and many other issues associated with black male youth and young adults. The workshop also focus on Father and Son relationships. We focus on the black proverb; "practice makes preface". The desired objective is to have each attendee leave with a written life plan designed to improve their behavior. The desire is to develop a responsible male, then a responsible man, a husband and then a responsible father, in that order.
These workshops are available to any groups, churches and criminal institutions. The desired objective is the get the attendees to develop a written plan on their projected improvements. This is a Crime Prevention, a stay in school. a health program. The workshop is a 4 hour program and one hour administrative time. The fee will not exceed $600.00. Grants are available to fund these programs.
HOW TO START A BUSINESS WORKSHOP:
This workshop is designed to walk the attendees through the process of starting a business. It is designed to focus on your creativity in the processes of business ventures. It will identify the Myth that are believe in business practices. The attendees will be required to conduct their own critical thinking process and conclude as to why they want to go in business and what benefit they hope to gain. They will be taught the economic terms of business such as the SIC codes and how they fit into your business. Each attendee will have to develop goals for their business and outline the resources required to function. Each person must show their wiliness to sauced by developing a plan to sauces. They will be taught how to identify the industry of their business and where to research data to support your business desires. Each will be taught how to develop their financial requirement and the various sources. Each will be taught the important of developing a strong Organizational structure. They will be taught how to select vendor and how to develop their price structure for the product or services. They will be taught the important of maintaining good accounting records and how to manage payroll. Each will have to define their equipment requirement and the require software. In their Organizational structure each position must be defined and all certifications and training must be defined. All Logistic must be outlined. The final process is to train each person on how to identify competitors.
These workshops are avail table to any groups, business institutions. The desired objective is the get the attendees to develop a written plan on their projected business venture. This workshop is designed to improve the situation of the community by opening more productive businesses. The workshop only is $100.00 per attendee. If additional consultation is required the fee is $50 per hour. Refer to the Business and Planning page for the Planning Software which cost $149.00 for your later use.

AFRICAN-AMERICAN YOUTH AND THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY WORKSHOP
There are many complaints that black youth are not good employees. It implies that they steal, do not follow instructions, violate all rules and are rude. This workshop is to teach them how to behave on t job. It will teach them the important of building the business and team work. The workshop teaches the important of having a Black business in their community.
This is a two hour secession and the fee is $15.00 per person
AFRICAN-AMERICAN EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP
There is a myth about black employers in their ability to manage a business, The complaints have been that they do not manage their payroll where it is never on time, correct am outs,payroll checks bunch and many other problems. The business is inconsistence, no plan, no benefits disrespect employees, lack of recognition of employee affords and think all employees steal. The myth that all employees are not dependable, not reliable, must be watched,misuse time records, poor performance, do not follow directions, make changes in the operation without authorization. Many other points concerning both employees and employers that are mentioned and must be change. This workshop focus on how the two can work as a team.
This workshop fee is $25.00 per attendee and is a 2.5 hour session.
