My discipline has been in the area of the aircraft Industry. My training and experience or in the Manufacturing, Rework and Re-manufacturing of components. Design manufactured processes using the Jonan concept under the training of ELIYAHU M. GOLDRATT. I have apply the scientific approach to problem solving, effect-cause-effect using the scientific approach such as classification, correlation and effect-cause-effect. Apply the Material Resource Planning (MRP) floor control concept, completely understanding the application of Just-In-Time (JIT), Theory of Constraint (TOC), Total Quality Management (TQM) and Critical Path Method (CPM).
MANUFACTURING: As a Manufacturing Engineer I managed a Manufacturing Branch with a quarterly budget of $50 million dollars. My focus was on Structure with include metal, plastic and fiberglass. I managed Structure, Machine and Electrical Engineers on the manufacturing process of Aircraft components. Each staff member was required to provide a Planning document to each production shop for quarterly workload. The above concept was applied at all levels. Dr Malvo is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).
REWORK and REPAIRS: As the Director of Rework Branch, my organization was responsible for the Aircraft Component Division. My organization was required to provide workload to 200 personnel of a Rework Division. My immediate staff was Structure, Ordinance and mechanical engineers. All workload came from Washington D.C. and each had to negotiate workload required to support the Navy Air Fleet. I was collateral assigned as Program Manager for all Navy Aircraft Landing Gears. This assignment required that I meet and report to NAV AIR Command in Washington D.C. Quarterly. For a nine month period I was assigned to a special team in Washington D.C. on a special project for consolidation the services on material purchases for aircraft repairs. We were required to report to the Joint
Chief of Staff.
My desired objective is to contract with large manufacturing companies for sub-contracts to do minor manufacturing and sub-assembling small parts. My specialty is manufacturing and re-manufacturing components. I can develop a workforce to perform these tasks.
The normal compensation for these task is Labor and Material and Administrative cost.
I am also available to consult with small businesses who have desire to improve their business activity, sales and delivery plans. Consultant fee will apply.
